The risks to one’s health cannot be understated. But the risks to one’s business cannot be ignored. 

If your location is accessing PIPE-FLO through a shared USB key, requires a secure VPN, or uses a Remote Desktop product you may be experiencing issues maintaining access to your team.

For Customers using an Enterprise License on v17:

  • You are all set, there is nothing that you need to do. If you continue to encounter any complications surrounding your license consumption, you can always call 1 (800) 786-8545 (press 2) or email support@eng-software.com.

For Customers Using an Enterprise License from v16.1 or prior:

  • If you are currently on an active TechNet or Maintenance & Software Assurance agreement, you can call 1 (800) 786-8545 (press 2) or email support@eng-software.com and you will receive your complimentary upgrade to v17 of PIPE-FLO, which will allow you to skip that pesky step of having to VPN into your network to use your license!
  • If you are NOT on an active TechNet or Maintenance & Software Assurance agreement, you can call 1 (800) 786-8545 (press 1) or email sales@eng-software.com to speak to one of our dedicated experts who are standing by to walk you through your upgrade options.

For Customers Using a Stand Alone License on v16.1 or prior who cannot easily pass their USB key, or who are on v17 who need to access their license on more than one computer:

  • You can call 1 (800) 786-8545 (press 1) or email sales@eng-software.com to speak to one of our dedicated experts who are standing by to walk you through a solution that you might be interested in.
